This plastic feeder adopts series motor of American AMETEK brand. The motor features low running noise, large attractive force and reliable quality. Our plastic feeder can be used to convey fresh materials.
It is provided with reset switch in case of material shortage, audible and visual alarm function, and ground dust-removal function, etc. It is easy and safe to use and can be operated on the ground flexibly, without polluting the environment.
Our plastic feeder adopts stainless steel hopper. The parts in directly contact with feed materials are made from stainless steel, aluminum or wear and corrosion resistant materials. This not only ensures the durability of the plastic feeder, but also ensures that the feed materials will not be polluted.

1. This plastic feeder adopts three phase high pressure silent fan which features compact structure and high horsepower. The conveying height is 4-10m and the conveying capacity is 500kgs per hour. Your special requirement can also be satisfied.
2. It adopts microcomputer control mode. The feeding material time and frequency are adjustable. Our plastic feeder can grip material automatically. It can automatically remove dust after loading materials for 10 times, or after loading materials for 3 times or after loading material for only once. This plastic feeder can be used to convey different plastic materials, and it will give an alarm if there is not materials yet when it has gripped materials for three times. Besides, it is provided with motor overload protection function and reverse automatic dust removal device.
