Standard Configuration
1. Low shearing force, low compression ratio, large length-diameter ratio
2. Our PET injection molding machine is equipped with hard chrome plated plasticizing components which are durable, easy to clean and can effectively prevent material accumulation.
3. With increased ejector force and ejector stroke, this injection molding machine can meet various production requirements of PET perform.
4. PID temperature control technology is adopted to ensure the accurate temperature control of sol barrel and injection nozzle.
5. Enlarged oil cooler can rapidly lower the oil temperature.
6. This PET injection molding machine adopts large flow mould cooling water-transporting device, which can lower down the mould temperature quickly.

1. The opening mould and gelating sol can be synchronous.
