Plastic Grinder

Plastic grinder is widely used to grind various plastics and rubbers, such as plastic profiles, plastic tubes, plastic rods, plastic films, waste rubber plastics, and so on. The granular materials can be used directly for injection molding.
Plastic grinder is the ancillary equipment of injection molding machine. It can help recycle the defective products and leftover materials produced by injection molding machines, as well as large section bars and tubing, and the like.

Care and Maintenance
1. Plastic grinder should be placed in a ventilated place, so that the work calories of motor can give out timely. This will prolong the service life of plastic grinder.
2. Users should lubricate the bearings regularly.
3. Please make sure that the screw of cutter is fastened. When a new plastic grinder works for one hour, please use a tool to fasten the screw of fixed blades and moving blades, enhancing the fastness between blades and tool rest.
4. Users should check the cutter frequently to make sure that cutter is of good sharpness. The dull blades may cause damage to other parts.
5. While replacing the cutter, users should keep in mind that the gap between fixed blades and moving blades should be 0.8mm for a plastic grinder with 20HP or above, and be 0.5mm for a grinder with less than 20HP.

6. Before starting the plastic grinder for the second time, please first clean away the residual crushed aggregates to reduce the starting resistance. Besides, users should open the inertia cover and pulley cover regularly to clean the ash hole under the flange plate.
7. Make sure that the plastic grinder is well grounded.
8. Users should periodically check that whether the belt of plastic grinder loose. If it is loose, please fasten it.
