Plastic Mixer

Plastic mixer is mainly used to mix and stain vinyl chloride resin, stain and dry polypropylene grain, dry ABS and other hygroscopic resins before they are processed, and mix phenolic resins, etc. It is requisite in plastic processing factories. Also, it can be used in rubber industry and pharmacy, and some other fields.
Our plastic mixer is easy to operate and clean. It can mix plastic materials quickly and evenly. The resin can absorb the plasticizer well.

The Installation, Operation and Maintenance of Plastic Mixer
1. Installation
Plastic mixer and electric cabinet should be mounted on cement base or steel frame base separately, and then fixed with four anchor bolts.
The heat produced by resistance heating coil is evenly transferred to pot through the high fire point machinery oil inside heating jacket. The power wire is switched in through underground electrical conduit.
The plastic mixer can be hoist easily with four flying rings.

2. Operation and maintenance
Before commissioning, please check carefully that whether the applied power source accords with the requirements and make sure that all the component parts are properly installed and that the circuits are properly connected. Every lubricating point has been lubricated with designated lubricating oil or grease, and the pickling oil on the machine is wiped out.

Plastic mixer should first be started up with zero load and then undergo a test run with load. Then, users should make sure that the pneumatic parts and the discharging gate are all in good performance. If all goes well, the plastic mixer can be put into use.
If the plastic mixer has been put into use and you will not use it within a short time, please clean the internal wall of pot and the stirring paddle carefully. If it has to be set aside for a long time, please coat it with antirust oil.
