Bottle Blow Molding Machine
Bottle blow molding machine is a machine that can blow plastic granules which are softened into liquid or ready-made bottle preform into different shapes of bottles through a certain technology. It can be used to produce hollow bottles or containers. In general, there are pneumatic blow molding machines and hydraulic blow molding machines. The former is used when bottles or containers of smaller than 10L are needed while the later is applied when bottles or containers of larger than 10L are required.
Classification of Bottle Blow Molding Machine
Generally, bottle blow molding machines can be divided into extrusion blow molding machines, injection blow molding machines and two step bottle blowing machines, as per the fabrication process they adopt.
In addition to extrusion blow molding machines, injection blow molding machines, there are newly developed multilayer blow molding machines and stretch blow molding machines.

Bottle Forming Process
1. Preheat
Through the irradiation of infrared ray high temperature tube, the body of preform is heated and softened. In order to hold the shape of bottle neck, we use cooling device to prevent it from being heated.
2. Blowing molding
Put the preheated preform in the ready-made blowing mould and aerate the preform to blow it into desired bottle.
