Characteristics of this Bottle Washing, Filling and Capping Machine

The bottled water production line is of high efficiency and reliability. Bottle neck clamping technology is adopted for bottle conveying. While changing the bottle shape, users only need to replace a few component parts. The bottles can be changed freely within a short time.
It adopts air conveying feed-in system, empty bottle sorting system and bottle gripper to convey the bottles, reducing the abrasiveness to bottles and ensuring the stability of empty bottle conveying. This filling machine is quite suitable for high speed production.
Our bottled water production line is fitted with high efficient spray nozzle which can help rinse the bottle thoroughly with less water.
This bottled water filling machine adopts ring-shaped hydraulic cylinder and CIP or SIP circulating passage. Besides, its high precision, high speed liquid level filling valve is quite suitable for high speed, high precision liquid level filling.
It adopts ZALKIN screw capping technology to ensure the capping quality.
