Characteristics of Juice, Tea Filling Machine
1. The components of our juice, tea filling machine, which are in direct contact with the liquid and other materials are made of stainless steel which meets sanitary requirement. Especially, the filling valve adopts 316 stainless steel.
2. This filling machine adopts low pressure vacuum pressure type filling principle. It is characterized by high filling speed, high liquid level precision, and stable bottle conveying, etc.
3. The cap picking adopts “PICK&PLACE” pattern. The rotary capping head adopts magnetic torque structure. It is easy to adjust the torque.
The three in one filling machine makes the filling process much easier. Meanwhile, since there is no pollution caused from outside, the machine can be kept clean easily.
