Three in one drinking water packaging solution incorporates bottle washing, filling and capping into one. This advanced bottling line is developed based on the advanced filling technique and the filling technique requirement of purified water and mineral water. Our drinking water packaging solution can deal with 3000 to 360000 bottles per hour.

Bottle Unscrambler
LP series bottle unscrambler can deal with 8000 to 36000 bottles per hour. It is the matching device of high speed filling machine. With this bottle unscrambler, the loaded disordered plastic bottles can be coordinated into ordered state and convey them to the air conveyor of filling machine automatically.

Main Technical Characteristics
This machine is developed based on introduced internationally advanced technique and the need of the current beverage industry. It is characterized by stable running, reliable performance and strong adaptability.
It can unscramble different bottles so your different requirements can be satisfied.
This machine is convenient to operate and can run automatically. It uses PLC and can run synchronously with the whole production line.

Under the control of synchronous belt and star wheel, the bottles will be output stably without overturning or squeezing.
The bottle unscrambler makes little noise. It adopts pneumatic components which are free from oil lubrication, to avoid oil pollution.
Light butter centralized lubrication system should be adopted to lubricate the machine regularly.

Heat Shrink Film Packaging Machine
Heat shrink film packaging machine is specially designed for beverage automatic packaging production line. It can be used to pack beer, drinks, purified water, milky products and juices, etc. It can carry out conveying, feeding, unscrambling, wrapping, sealing, shrinking, cooling and some other operations automatically.
It adopts advanced film constant temperature heat sealing technique to ensure the reliable sealing. The seal quick cooling structure ensures a higher sealing strength under high speed operation conditions.
The machine uses PLC program automatic cycling control to ensure its stable performance.
Its imported guide bar air cylinder can help guarantee the accurate operation and it is durable.
Inductive switch controls the membrane feeding system and the membrane feeding length can be adjusted reliably with less loss.
Frequency conversion control system is adopted to ensure the stable and smooth conveying.
Heat shrink film packaging machine is designed with unique shrinking passage and 2 sets of centrifugal hot air circulation system, ensuring an even heat distribution and a good shrinkage effect. With 3 layers of heat insulation treatment, it has good heat insulating property, and thus it is energy saving.
The enhanced cooling shaping passage can make the packaging membrane change into high strength status quickly, thus facilitating storage and transportation.
It is quite convenient to change the packaging combination and bottle type.
