Direct connection technology is adopted between air conveyor and bottle-feeding star wheel of hot drink filling machine. Bottle-feeding star wheel adopts bottleneck gripper mechanism which has bottle-sorting function. So there is no need to use bottle feeding screw and conveying chain. It is quite easy to change the bottle shape.
Bottle neck clamping technology is adopted for bottle conveying. Bottle gripper is adopted to replace traditional star wheel. While changing the bottle shape, users only need to replace the arc guide plate and some other component parts that are relevant to the bottle diameter, and there is no need to adjust the height of the machine.

The whole bottle change process only takes about 10 minutes.
The specially designed bottle gripper of rinser is made of stainless steel, so it is durable and firm. Besides, it does not contact with the screw parts of bottle neck, thus avoiding the secondary contamination.
The hot drink filling machine is designed with mass flow, high precision filling valve. Besides, it is fitted with CIP circuit and control program, which makes it possible to clean the machine on the spot.
