Labeling Machine

Steam Shrinking Furnace
The new steam shrink furnace, as auxiliary equipment for the labeling machine, is suitable for different irregular bottles including round bottles, square bottles and flat bottles, etc. It is easy and convenient for adjustment and maintenance and with neat shrinkage. The spraying adopts even distribution by low voltage sub-drum steam and is designed with seamless steel tube. The nozzle is adjustable in three sections, with height, position and steam output adjustable respectively in each section to achieve perfect shrinkage. The whole machine is designed with stainless steel casing and warm keeping, which is energy efficient and meets the international safety standards. Besides, the stainless steel water tank at the bottom concentrates the condensed water. The steam shrink tunnel is waterproof and convenient for operation and maintenance.

Steam Generator
The full-automatic electric steam generator, matching equipment for the labeling machine, is equipped with a high pressure submersible vortex pump, which is long lasting and with quick water delivery. The floating ball level meter in the water tank automatically controls the water inflow. The whole system is by autocontrol. Just 5 minitues after you switch on the water and power supply, the steam generator will output steam continuously with high efficiency.
